Umashankar Thukaram is the President and Chief Executive Officer of XeniaTek, where he leads the company’s global strategy, operations, and vision for delivering next-generation digital and enterprise technology solutions.

As a technology-driven executive, Umashankar brings deep expertise in enterprise IT services, talent strategy, and platform-based transformation—particularly within ServiceNow ecosystems and modern cloud-based architectures. Under his leadership, XeniaTek is focused on helping organizations accelerate digital transformation through scalable delivery models, high-quality engineering talent, and cost-effective global solutions.

Prior to founding and leading XeniaTek, Umashankar played a key role at Ushank Tech, where he contributed to building a strong foundation in specialized IT staffing and consulting services. His work centered on enabling enterprises to maximize the value of their ServiceNow investments by connecting them with highly skilled professionals and delivering outcome-focused solutions. This experience shaped his strategic approach to workforce innovation, client success, and operational scalability.

With a career spanning enterprise systems, consulting, and global delivery, Umashankar has consistently demonstrated the ability to bridge business needs with technical execution. As a member of the leadership team at XeniaTek, Ryan helps organizations unlock value from complex technology ecosystems—bridging the gap between strategy, data, and execution.

Ryan brings a strong track record of building and scaling high-performing teams across the ServiceNow and enterprise IT landscape. He is known for his ability to align business outcomes with technical delivery, helping clients accelerate digital transformation initiatives while driving measurable ROI.

Prior to joining XeniaTek, Ryan served as Chief Technology Officer at Northcraft Analytics, where he led the development and delivery of advanced business intelligence and analytics solutions for enterprise IT organizations. His work focused on integrating data across platforms such as ServiceNow and other critical systems to deliver actionable insights, predictive capabilities, and executive-level visibility.

Throughout his career, Ryan has partnered closely with enterprise clients to solve complex challenges across IT operations, data strategy, and organizational scaling. He has a reputation for building trusted relationships, leading with a customer-first mindset, and driving results through both innovation and execution.

Director of Worldwide Sales & Marketing

Jason leads XeniaTek's global sales and marketing strategy, driving brand awareness and revenue growth across key markets. With an award-winning background in building go-to-market strategies, Jason has successfully positioned XeniaTek as a thought leader in the ServiceNow staffing space.

His approach combines data-driven insights with creative storytelling, resulting in campaigns that resonate with enterprise decision-makers. Jason's leadership has been critical in forging strategic partnerships and expanding XeniaTek's client portfolio.

Before joining XeniaTek, Jason held leadership roles at several technology firms, where he developed and executed marketing strategies that consistently delivered measurable ROI and market share growth.

Troy
Troy Rachey
Sr Key Account Manager

Troy Rachey has been with Ushank Tech since its inception in 2022. He built current accounts and works as a Global Key Account Manager, looking after clients and partners alike – many of whom he has had relationships with since Ushank started.

His day-to-day role includes helping direct clients get the most out of their ServiceNow roadmap by helping staff capacity (from one person to entire teams) and brokering help and input from our partners in those specialty areas. He also helps manage our key partners, keeping them ahead of demand for their internal needs and balancing the ebb and flow of Projects. Troy is a very skilled listener and really dives deep into discovery to leverage our global delivery capability to find the right resources.

Troy is also the Founder and President of TJR Universe LLC. He helps clients – many of them are our ServiceNow implementation partners with turnkey pipeline-generation solutions that combine advanced automation with human-led sales execution.

Based in Minnesota and working globally, he is an Eagle Scout and a Lions club member, helping his community in his spare time, while professionally he is deeply committed to building high-performing ServiceNow teams, mentoring the next generation of IT leaders, and driving operational excellence that transforms how enterprises leverage technology for sustainable growth.

Madhukara Herle

Director of Operations India

Madhukara Herle serves as the Director of Operations India at XeniaTek, bringing deep expertise in technology operations, delivery management, and team leadership. Based out of our India operations center, Madhukara is responsible for overseeing all operational activities, ensuring seamless delivery of ServiceNow talent and solutions to clients across the globe.

Prior to joining XeniaTek, Madhukara held senior leadership roles at leading IT services firms where he successfully built and scaled offshore delivery centers from the ground up. His expertise includes resource planning, quality assurance, process optimization, and cross-cultural team management.

Madhukara is known for his ability to bridge the gap between global client expectations and local execution capabilities. He has successfully managed large teams and consistently delivered projects ahead of schedule while maintaining the highest quality standards.

At XeniaTek, Madhukara focuses on expanding the company's India operations, nurturing local talent, and ensuring that our global delivery model provides maximum value to clients through cost-effective, high-quality solutions.

Shobha Herle serves as the Director of Operations Global HR at XeniaTek, bringing extensive experience in human resources management, talent acquisition, and organizational development. She is responsible for shaping the company's global HR strategy, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring that XeniaTek attracts and retains the best ServiceNow talent in the industry.

Prior to joining XeniaTek, Shobha held senior HR leadership positions at multinational technology corporations where she led workforce planning initiatives, implemented performance management systems, and drove employee engagement programs that resulted in significant reduction in attrition.

Shobha's expertise spans global recruitment, compliance management, benefits administration, leadership development, and diversity & inclusion initiatives. She holds advanced certifications in human resources management.

At XeniaTek, Shobha is passionate about creating an environment where every team member can thrive. She leads talent acquisition efforts across North America and India, designs professional development programs, and ensures that the company's people operations scale effectively as XeniaTek continues to grow.
